Tiffany Welt Doctors has worked side by side with her father, Las Vegas Social Security Disability lawyer Gerald M. Welt, for more than 30 years. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Boyd School of Law at UNLV, graduating Cum Laude. In addition to working with Social Security Disability clients, Ms. Doctors also represents clients in Guardianship cases, helping families to set up protections for their adult loved ones.

Ms. Doctors works directly with clients and provides the highest standards while striving to protect the dignity and rights of the injured, sick and disabled in both Social Security Disability/SSI and Guardianship cases. Ms. Doctors is a member of the Nevada State Bar and the Clark County Bar Association (CCBA) where she has served on the community service committee. Ms. Doctors is a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR). She is a member of the Nevada Justice Association (NJA) and was recently named by NJA as a member of the 2025 NJA Leadership Development Class.  Ms. Doctors is a sustaining member in the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). 

While attending Boyd School of Law Ms. Doctors served as President of the student section of the Nevada Justice Association. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Irvine. Ms. Doctors was raised in Las Vegas. She makes the city home for her family where they support many local charity events, including the AFAN annual walk and Collaboration Center Foundation, which is a community for inclusion and a disability resource network.  Welt Law's office is located on premises at the Collaboration Center.
